The drum cover is lifted by generating over-pressure in the tank. In all 3000 tank systems, the tank cap is press-fit on the tank and not -as with the other system tanks- connected with a clamping ring. The use of the foot pump is a must in order for the 3000 lid to be opened quickly and without the need for force.
