Rollei Supergrain is based on the features of Amoloco's AM74. It is a very sharp working, with a high level of equalizing.
Why the name "Supergrain"?
It is a fine-grain developer, which shows beautiful acutance and sharp grain. The grain is not super big as the name might imply!
If you are lazy, you can throw films with different sensitivity into one tank and still get acceptable results with this developer. A feature the AM74 was famous for and which made it very popular at photo courses in school.
The developing times for all-in-one are as follow:
Dilution 1+9: 6 min
Dilution 1+12: 6.5 min
Dilution 1+15: 7 min
