Odorless toner for sulfur toning after bleaching (indirect toning).
By changing the ratio of toner and activator and by different degrees of bleaching, tones from light yellow, ocher to red-brown are possible.
Before bleaching the prints have to be washed thoroughly.
The times for bleaching depend on the paper, the desired tone and the dilution of the bleacher.
If you do not want to bleach the shadows, the minimum dilution is 1+20. Bleaching time is between 20s and three to four minutes.
Highly diluted (1+30 or more) bleacher is much easier to wash out then strong bleacher (1+10).
Before you start toning, the print has to washed until the yellow colour disappeared.
Toning of the bleached areas is finished after 20-30 seconds.
Refresh the toner if it becomes weaker.
Bleach can be kept almost endless.
Toner concentrate can be kept many years.
